Went there after having some dental work done hoping to get some antibiotics I knew I had an infection Jessica Oslund came in claiming to be my provider. She was rude didn’t even look at my mouth and proceeded to tell me she didn’t see an infection. Now I’m not a doctor myself but an infection does not always show signs. And proceeded by she’s been getting a lot of dental work done too so it’s normal. I asked to speak with another provider she claimed I couldn’t. I was on the phone with another clinic and she proceeded to get loud and tell me she didn’t have time for me to be on the phone and that I need to leave right now. I will never go back to that clinic and she’s the most unprofessional provider I’ve ever come in contact with!

I came in due to a headache I have been having for a week. I first saw a student who was amazing. She asked the right questions and checked me thoroughly. The doctor, Christen was the opposite. He burst in the door instead of knocking. I had been diagnosed with a bulging cervical disc before coming. That is located on my right side. He basically said that my pain on my left side is coming from my cervical and did not check anything except my ears. He was condescending and mean. I did nothing to warrant this behavior. This makes me not want to deal with Crusader. I pay too much money to get such poor service.

I had a walk-in for the first time in this location and I was pleased the ladies up front were gentle to assist on that. Once the first nurse called me and my kids, we went inside a room we never saw a number. My little daughter needed the restroom and a second nurse sent us outside that area. My son stayed in the room. When we needed to go back inside I kept knocking at the door and a third nurse just ignored us. I felt frustrated and decided to go and knock a different door where a fourth nurse helped me nicely but I didn’t know where to go. The third nurse came to me and said not to look inside the rooms. I just needed to find where my son was. I asked her to help me find my son’s room but she just threatened me to call security instead of asking my son’s name. Then I saw my son’s doctor who was the one who really helped me get to my son’s room. I think no one likes to be ignored and I’m pretty sure that nurse might have been having a bad day but that is not my problem.

Chloe Peters doesn't care about doing her job properly and the "compliance hotline" doesn't care about the patients. There were SEVEN errors in a two page visit summary, and rather than respond to my concerns, she just completely ignored my messages. These were serious errors: things like whether or not she had asked me about suicidal thoughts, the date of my last period (which... The nurse confirmed out loud multiple times but the paperwork was still incorrect??), the DOSAGE OF THE MEDICINE... That SHE prescribed! How is anyone supposed to trust a provider who lies and ignores you?? And the compliance line is a joke. The girl I talked to said I could make a complaint on the website (false) and then when I called back, it sounded like she was busy working on other things and was not prepared to take a phone call. I feel so stupid for trusting this place with my HEALTH. Edit: TWO MONTHS after I messaged her through the portal, and I have STILL not gotten a response (and definitely not for lack of trying!). Instead, they just removed me as a patient. Disgusting how they market themselves to people who can't afford anyplace else only to treat us like garbage.

This is my first pregnancy with high risk twins , doctor Karen Moses has been so nice and listens very well they do not judge me for any questions I have and made my process to moving out of state so much easier by finding a MFM in the state I would be moving too and setting up a meeting over the phone as well as transferring all my record there . Thank you to all the staff who I have seen that made me feel well cared for , me and my twins and my fiancé are so grateful for the care I have received!
